Aifive Plumbing is a referral service. We help homeowners in Jersey City, NJ and the Jersey City area find independent plumbing and drain providers. That is the whole job.

Say you come home to a flooded laundry corner. Your phone fills with search results, and every ad sounds the same. It is hard to tell who is local, who is available, and what the work might cost.

This service exists to make that first step simpler. You describe the problem. A provider in our network gets in touch. You decide what to do next.

How Matching Works

You send a request or request a callback. We pass your details to independent providers who serve your area. They may reach out with questions or an estimate.

Provider availability changes. Some can respond quickly, and others are booked. Ask each one directly.

What to Have Ready

A few details help a provider understand your problem faster:

• Where the trouble is, such as a kitchen sink, a basement floor drain, or the yard
• What you see or smell, like standing water, slow draining, or gurgling sounds
• Whether you have shut off the water at the main valve
• Any past plumbing work you remember

Do not worry if you are unsure. Describe what you notice, and the provider can ask follow-up questions.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Explain the problem in plain words
• Give a clear written quote before work starts
• Answer questions without pressure
• Hold the licenses their local rules require

You should still verify license and insurance details yourself. Ask for them. A good provider will not mind.

Compare, Then Decide

One estimate tells you very little. Two or three tell you a lot. You can see which provider explains the job most clearly, which approach makes sense, and which price fits the scope. You are never required to hire anyone you hear from.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not repair pipes, clear drains, or fix sewer lines.
• We do not set provider prices.
• We do not promise a specific arrival time.
• We do not decide whether your insurance applies. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How the Service Is Funded

Homeowners do not pay Aifive Plumbing to request an estimate. Providers may pay for the referrals they receive. That does not change what you owe a provider for work you choose to hire them for. Always get the price in writing.
