How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want each homeowner who reaches out to Aifive Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- How your call or contact with Aifive Plumbing went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a plumber we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.
Still, we want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed from it. Please keep in mind that Aifive Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@aifive.property and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may also be able to help.
